"My experience started with a call to see if GMC could help me with the need for special seating for my husband. I was lucky to be connected to Stephen Ziegler who made my hopes come true. He said he would look into it and get back to me. The next day he called and had the helpful information. I was able to show my husband on the internet what this special seat looked like. We then proceeded to see what car might be the right choice. Steve made it all possible! Along with the help of the finance people, Carmen and Rick, we are now able to get out and make small trips that has freed my husband from being a prisoner in our home.
